The Everdry warranty is transferable to each successive homeowner for the life of the home, provided EverDry has been notified of any change in ownership, and that the service renewal agreement has been maintained in accordance with the warranty policy.
The property listed below has had basement waterproofing and foundation repair work performed by Everdry Waterproofing and to the best of their knowledge, the current owner(s) have maintained their service renewal agreement as stipulated in the warranty policy. The ownership of the home is transferring and the current owner(s) wish to transfer the rights, responsibilities and privileges of this warranty to the new owner listed.
