Option 1 - Total Excavation
10 Year warranty on the area serviced no seepage thru the walls.
Option 2 - Interior System
Lifetime transferable warranty thru service agreement which covers no seepage thru the floor. The pressure relief sump pump is covered for life of foundation under the service agreement. Evedry does not charge for “trip charges” or “service call charges” or other things like this.
Option 3 - Multi-Step System
Lifetime transferable service agreement covers no seepage thru the walls or floor. The pressure relief sump pump is covered for life of foundation under the service agreement. Evedry does not charge for “trip charges” or “service call charges” or other things like this.
There is no charge to transfer the service agreement into the new owner’s name. There are NO tricks or exclusions like “only transferable to first homeowner in the first 3 years”, etc. These games do not exist with Everdry.
